Business Scope

  • 01. Account Book-Keeping
    • General account bookkeeping process:

      • 1) Quarterly or half-yearly general account closing as per a client's request;
      • 2) Data gathering:
           data should be provided within one month after the end of each quarter (a half year) for timely book-keeping;
      • 3) Financial reporting:
           reporting to be completed within one or two months after data is received.
    • Monthly closing process:

      • 1) Monthly financial reporting (when a monthly closing is agreed upon in writing;
      • 2) Data gathering data should be provided within 5 to 10 years after the end of each month;
      • 3) Financial Reporting: reporting to be completed within 5 to 15 days after data is received

    • Payroll calculation

    • (monthly) Withholding tax reporting and relevant affairs
