- Object for the imposition of a fine for negligence: the company or the agency delegated from company do not file within the reporting deadline which have to join or file the report both employment insurance and WC/EL.
- In case of the imposition of a fine for negligence ( From July 1st 2013 )
. Company is delayed the legal reporting deadline after one (1) months.
