1.Outline

 Having joint ownership on multiplex housingand rent it, the questions occurs how to judge number of house as share ratioor own each for whole household.

 

2.Fact.

(1)“A” established multiplex housing which has 18th household andstarted rent business from 1994.

(2)“A” died in 2003. His wife ”B” was inherited 3/9, 3 children were inherited 3/9each, They started lease business in succession.

(3)The transferred the whole building to the C.

(4)We would like to see whether the 4 people can be deducted for the transferincome tax according to the Tax Reduction and Exemption Control Act.

 

3.We see it as joint owner rent each.

Thewife “B” and 3 children can be deducted for transferring income tax accordingto the Tax Reduction and Exemption Control Act 97.
