It is March, and the warm spring has arrived.

Now and then, there's a wave of the last cold snap still, being jealous of the spring, but the spring comes as usual.  These days, the trees began to bud and a grateful breeze is being felt somewhat differently from the one in winter.

This month, I have selected some famous saying for your appreciation.  Hope you enjoy the spring in the air with a light hearted perusal.    


10 Ways How Happiness Comes to You


1. ‘Life' with dream

If you have vision for tomorrow, you can take all in optimistic way.  Compare with worst circumstance when the situation is not good.  


2. Set up the proper level of the goal

Setting up the proper level of the goal in the area where you are interested in is the first step for happy life.  The goal should be concrete, but should not be too much in specific.


3. Exercise regularly

The exercise makes the brain healthy.  And build-up your patience and solidify your power to cope with sufferings


4. Mental well-being

The person who takes the metal activities like religion or meditation activity is happier and more optimistic than the others.  The friendship and communication between those who have same belief could increase the level of happiness.    


5. Keep your optimistic power bigger

Try to be closer to the cheery and bright senses and learn and use humors.  When you look into a mirror every morning, the forced smile to yourself will make you feel lightened.      

 

6. Learn how to be positive and appreciative

Record the appreciative person and things.  Stay close with great side of the others through books and movies.  Participate in good deed activities for the others even in small area, no need to be grandiose.


7. Make the environment amicable

Try to keep company with good people.  If it is not at all possible, you can take an ‘active way' like meditation and relaxation therapy to change your mental and physical status satisfactory.    

 

8. Enjoy the delicate level of happiness

This will last longer than the violent feeling for happiness.  If you are always thankful for all you surroundings, you can enjoy the delicate level of happiness   


9. Looking for the changes

It will be better to seek the changes if you feel that you are not satisfied with your life oriented.  You should carefully consider why you are complaining about life.

 

10. How you can change

First of all, it is better to focus on one or two things.  Enjoy excise in your leisure time or immerse yourself in listening to music, reading and conversation, then you will feel much affluent in mind.
