It looks good for a while but soon the situation are confused again, this seems the economic conditions in these days. Some day we listened the news that USA's economy are getting better however we also can see the newspaper that Japan started to release the currency and depreciated Japan Yen sharply. We can see the news concurrently many Korean export companies competing for Japan has a difficulties due to the Japan Yen depreciation. On the other hand our biggest export market, China tighten the money market and therefore it gradually realized that Korean Export Company will meet much more the difficult business environment.

When I talked with our clients, it's not simply difficult but hear the difficulty for a long time repeatedly. In this time any kind of the method or advise are useless however I think this time the company can be survived through ‘to strength the core and consistent management”.

If I say “Even though company have a difficulty, company can finally survive that they must stick to keep the truth and principle.” It's “Confucius say”. In the middle of the more difficult and anarchy age, man can find the answer if you ask from the starting point.

I'd like to introduce few words of Confucius which can be useful for the anarchy time as following.

“A noble gentleman think all of things are caused by himself however person who is petty and crafty think all of things are caused by others”

A successful man think everything comes from himself, a man of small character criticize others and make all sort excuse.

Confucius say, “I still never see the man who like the virtue as he like the shape of things”. People prefer the good appearance and do not prefer the virtue because the good appearance can see but the virtue can't see it. People have to see the things can't see it. Only after people can see the real truth. Management is also the same.

Confucius say, “The virtue is not always lonesome and have a neighborhood

To accumulate the virtue is very lonesome period and a man who have a virtue have always followers

Therefore a man who have a virtue is not lonesome.

Especially these days a man who pursuit the virtue is always existed in the middle of the economically or socially difficult period although a few is. The virtue is widely spreading even though it do not show off. I think the virtue is one of the most valuable management method in the time of risk.
